The contracted reservation cut-off date is April 7, 2027, after which unused rooms may be released and reservations will be subject to availability and prevailing rates.
Rooms may sell out before the deadline, so we strongly encourage delegates to reserve early.
A one-night deposit is required to guarantee individual reservations. Individual reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival.
